In the context of the company Dr. Herbert Arlt, the main purpose of explicitly referring to copyright law is to ensure that innovations from Sc.Dir.Dr. Herbert Arlt can be used by others for their own profit, and the innovation is then alienated from the creator as something to be paid for. The innovation lies in the way the exhibition is disseminated. Instead of providing objects, files are made available. The exhibitor then prints out the objects himself/herself. This was, and still is, a helpful step in organizing an interactive world audience.

These are files that are suitable for both printing and electronic distribution. Their content is hyper texts, which is why electronic additions are necessary for printouts. (Printouts only make sense in the current system of archives, museums, libraries and their current forms of transmission.) The peculiarity of the electronic hypertexts of file books results from the structured field character, which opposes the „reading practices“ of the search engines, just as in general signs/languages, colors, sounds can only be digitally simulated and the „reading“ on the basis of algorithms is therefore only possible as an approximation, the quality of which results from the sum of the approximations. Of course, the necessity of simulation also results in the limitations of digitality, of artificial intelligence.
The innovation of the File Books is therefore based on the realization that Hyper Text is a simulation in which the technological-numerical basis contradicts signs, colors, sounds.
In this context, innovation is based on the creation of Hyper Texts that takes account of this reality, as well as a new way of disseminating Hyper Texts in the formation of a world audience.

The innovation of the Quantum Books: On the basis of quantum technology, the limitations of digitality can be overcome. What is still largely missing at the moment is the basis for production and distribution.
